A DOG'S LIFE with Anna Webb joined by Kerry Taylor from The Blue Cross on its 125th Anniversary

This week Anna is joined by Kerry Taylor, Education Manager, at The Blue Cross talking about the charity’s 125th anniversary.

As a milestone highlighting the work the organisation has achieved across two World Wars and recently through the pandemic.

Launching the first animal hospital in 1906 the Blue Cross has adapted to provide welfare for all animals as our lives have changed over the years.

Offering education over loss, whether pets have passed with old age or been stolen, or if someone has had to give up their pet in rented accommodation, The Blue Cross's bereavement service stands alone.

Championing all animals, the charity’s initiative in this anniversary year is to focus on education about health and welfare from rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, horses, cats and of course dogs.
