Remembrance Sunday: and the only cat awarded the Dickin Medal

Remembrance Sunday is when animal lovers don a purple poppy to commemorate the animals that served in the Armed Forces. The PDSA's Dickin Medal is the 'Victoria Cross ' and recognises animals' bravery. In its 77 years only one cat has ever been honoured with this prestigious accolade.
